Kim is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a wealth of experience supporting individuals with a learning disability and Mental Health support needs. Kim is passionate about every individual being supported to live a fulfilled life regardless of their disability or diagnosis. From this passion grew Believe Care and Support.
Kim has a very strong track record in growing teams and supporting people to become the best possible individuals through training, development and supervision. Kim has also supported many other providers to embed good practice, person-centred models and compliance with the Care Quality Commission.
Stas Ellinas
Stas Ellinas brings extensive operational and business management expertise to his role as Operations Director at Believe Care. With a proven track record across various industries, Stas excels in streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing effective systems management.
His leadership skills have been instrumental in driving performance and ensuring smooth, scalable operations within the company.
Stas is also highly experienced in recruitment and workforce development, playing a key role in building a skilled and dedicated team that upholds the high standards of care at Believe Care. His focus is on optimizing operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional care, while fostering an environment where staff can grow and excel.
Sara Herd
Sara Herd is a highly skilled and dedicated Service Lead at Believe Care, holding a Level 4 qualification in Higher Education in Nursing. With a background that spans various healthcare settings, from residential to community-based care, Sara has worked her way up through the industry. In a previous role as Acting Registered Manager, she successfully supported over 100 individuals and led a team of 50+ staff.
Sara is passionate about empowering the people Believe Care supports, helping them to live as independently as possible. A strong believer in continuous professional development, Sara has completed numerous courses to enhance her expertise and is committed to fostering the growth and development of her team members. Her person-centered approach ensures that both staff and the individuals they care for thrive in a supportive environment.

Ryan Williams leads the strategic growth and business development efforts at Believe Care. With a background in developing and expanding care services, Ryan has been instrumental in building partnerships and identifying new opportunities for the organization.
