Believe Care and Support is excited to share that we have been officially recognized as a Living Wage Employer. This means we are committed to paying all of our staff a fair wage that meets the real cost of living.

By joining the Living Wage movement, we aim to ensure that every member of our team is fairly compensated for their dedication and hard work. We believe that valuing our staff with fair pay is key to providing the highest standard of care and support to the individuals we serve.

At Believe Care and Support, we are committed to the highest standards of care and safety. We are thrilled to announce that we are now officially registered with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN).

This registration reflects our dedication to reducing the use of restrictive practices and promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion in care settings. By working closely with the RRN, we aim to implement and uphold best practices that prioritize the safety and empowerment of both our staff and the individuals we care for.

Believe Care and Support is proud to announce that we are now registered with the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD). This accreditation aligns us with BILD’s mission to improve the quality of life for people with learning disabilities, autism, and those who require care and support.

By adhering to BILD’s best practices and standards, we ensure that our services remain person-centred, ethical, and rooted in respect. Our registration with BILD demonstrates our ongoing commitment to excellence and the well-being of the individuals we support.
