WHO ARE BELIEVE CARE AND SUPPORT?
Believe Care and Support is a values-based provider that strives to deliver the best support by recruiting and training team members that will embed the ethos by which we stand.
The individuals that employ our services, and the team around them, will be involved in the process at every step of their journey This will include bespoke planning, being encouraged and supported to take an active involvement in recruitment, and through the development of their own working policies and support plans.
Believe Care and Support provides person-centered support services to individuals with a diagnosed learning disability and/or a mental health support need, in the community and individuals’ own homes.
We are led by both professional and personal experience and have a passion to provide a skilled workforce to deliver only the best care and support. We are committed to working with individuals and their support networks to build a truly person-centered experience. We will work in an ethical, open, and honest way in all that we do.
We recognise the strength of a skilled workforce and will take time and resources to invest in building the skills of those within our teams. We work with our teams and other agencies to understand the best practice models and embed these within all our day-to-day practice.
